Buttons have a long history. Button-seeming objects have been found in Egyptian pyramids. Laws have been created governing the making of them and guilds have been given dominance over their manufacture. Buttons have been used for decoration. They have been catalogued, recycled, and collected.
The buttons that I craft are primarily counted cross stitch on either 18 count or 22 count Aida cloth, though I have created some from craft clays and more traditional forms. Normal price for my buttons are $2 each or 6 for $10 plus shipping. If you do desire to order a certain type of button, please ask for a correct price since there are a few which could be a little more expensive.
